Helps keep the post office in business...

She mailed a box to herself at our home prior to her arrival (normal protocol for her). In said box was a barking puppy dog for our kids. Puppy dog's head was partially ripped off. She obviously got upset about this. She attempted to return the dog to a Kohls in our town without the receipt. They only offered her $10 when she paid $15 so she has decided to mail the dog back to her house in her home state, return it to the Kohls there, get another identical, annoying dog toy, then mail us the replacement doggy..... Very cost effective. Especially since its going to likely be broken 5 minutes after the kids open it.

Likes being comfortable.....

She was out running errands with us today for 4 hours before she realized she had on her house slippers. We certainly got some weird looks at the sporting goods store.

Keeps up with the weather...

She was flipping out in the airplane before it took off because it was "flying into a tornado! We are going into a tornado!" She then shared her knowledge of tornadoes with an equally ignorant woman on the plan who then proceeded to also lose her mind. The "tornado" discussed was actually a tropical storm that was due to possibly hit 3 days later.

Takes interest in her son's career...

My husband is an aviator for the Army. He convinced her that the army has a fleet of operational hot air balloons used in covert operations.

Enjoys being a guest in our home...

She snapped at me this morning because I insisted that she, a grown woman, get her own yogurt cup from the fridge. I had surgery 5 days ago and apparently I'm supposed to feed my kids and open her yogurt cups for her too. :/

Has a unique parenting style...

It just happens to be the complete opposite of mine. And she is sure to always remind that it "was not like that while (my husband) was a kid and he is fine."

Loves telling a good story...

In fact she loves telling stories so much that she is completely incapable of answering a simple question with either "yes" or "no."

Is comfortable in her own skin....

She whipped out her tits to show me how lopsided and saggy they were. Of course she did not consult me prior to her indecent exposure and now I may require therapy.

Is a dynamic person...

She is the only person I know that will cuss out her mailman, stab her sister, smash a car to bits with a baseball bat but is afraid to drive on the interstate.

Loves to tell me about her day...

She calls and tells me about the most random and irrelevant facts of her day. She forgets that I'm not from my husband's hometown and don't know "Betsy" or "louann" or their annoying kids.

Loves some bling...

She owns a wide variety of bedazzled cat jewelry and trinkets...

Loves admiring her grandkids

She loves great pics of her grandkids. Too bad she has never liked a SINGLE picture we have ever sent her. I am starting to just mail her pictures of their feet to really piss her off.

Wants to make sure her grandkids are healthy...

She constantly mailing me articles on how to feed my kids appropriately. Always makes my day. o_O

Is frugal...

She almost cries when we inform her that the coupons she has mailed us have been expired for 6 months.

Is in touch with her community....

Had an anxiety attack and was sent to the hospital for getting in a one-sided argument with her mail man.... She also forgot the number to dial in case of an emergency. (That's 9-1-1 for those of you have lived under a rock your entire life.)

Is an avid movie critic....

She called us talking about the "apple pie" movie... She was referring to American Reunion.

Really loves felines...

She found a group of kittens that she is nursing and she is nice enough to let them talk to my husband on the phone when she calls....
